“DOG SAYINGS: wit & wisdom from man’s best friend” is a collection of dog art and text that is dedicated to celebrating dogs in all of their glory.
BookCollaborative.com announced the October 15th 2010 release of the book “DOG SAYINGS: wit & wisdom from man’s best friend.” This dog art book showcases artwork and the funniest, most insightful, and most heart-warming quotations about dogs. This collaborative publication has two goals in mind: first, to honor and highlight man’s best friend though text and artwork, and secondly, to showcase talents of new and emerging artists who focus on creating dog art.
BookCollaborative.com seeks to provide artists with a stepping-stone through which to elevate their careers. In February 2010, both professional and nonprofessional artists were invited to submit their work to be a part of this dog book. The end result includes over 50 artists from countries including the US, UK, Canada, Scotland, Australia, Germany, Russia and Switzerland. DOG SAYINGS features a variety of dog art styles including dog photography, illustrations, and paintings.

BookCollaborative.com, founded by Bradford G. Wheler, publishes books based on the content provided by Artists. The goal is a collaborative community of artists that promote art in general while at the same time having an opportunity to promote their own art. Artists provide digital images of their work along with any information they wish on themselves, the techniques they use, and the origins, and meaning of their art. From this collaborative effort books are compiled and published.
